Working with Corebyte

Choose the support your project needs.

Assessment, architecture, implementation and ongoing operations address different decisions. Start with the stage that matches your current environment and agree the next step from the evidence it produces.

Begin with the decision in front of you.

A new idea may need a feasibility discussion before resources are purchased. An existing prototype may need an architecture review, integration work or clearer operating responsibilities. Share the business task, current systems, account arrangements and intended users so the conversation starts from your situation rather than a fixed package.

Four stages, with distinct outputs.

Each stage can be scoped separately or combined in an agreed project. The outputs should make the next decision easier to review.

  • AI readiness assessment: organise use cases, data and system dependencies into priorities, open questions and a proposed pilot.
  • Cloud and compute architecture: describe the resource, network and data flow, with migration dependencies and a recovery approach where relevant.
  • Implementation delivery: configure and integrate the agreed environment, test representative scenarios and prepare the handover records.
  • Managed operations: agree the systems covered, monitoring, incident handling, change processes and usage reviews after handover.

Keep scope and responsibilities in one record.

Before work begins, identify who owns the accounts, supplies data, approves access and accepts the result. Record the intended environment, deliverables, dependencies and commercial arrangements together. A change in model, region, system interface or project scope should have a visible effect on the plan and require the relevant owner’s agreement.

Give both teams a clear basis for reviewing completion.

Agree representative examples and the evidence needed to evaluate them. Depending on the stage, this may be a reviewed roadmap, architecture diagram, configuration record, test result or operating runbook. Record unresolved issues and assumptions alongside successful results, with an owner and next action. This gives the customer a practical basis for accepting work or adjusting the next stage.

Plan the handover and continuing support.

Implementation and ongoing operations have separate responsibilities. Confirm which team will hold access, monitor usage, approve changes and handle supplier issues after delivery. Service hours, response arrangements, review frequency and any additional work are defined in the project agreement. The initial discussion can use a short system description and estimated usage; sensitive production records are not needed to select a service stage.
