What we help you implement.

Select the capabilities your use case needs.

AWS account & model access

Prepare account access and permissions; confirm available model versions, regions and access requirements.

Knowledge bases & RAG

Connect S3 and company documents, with retrieval, source references and data access boundaries.

Agents & business workflows

Connect Bedrock Agents with CRM, ERP or internal APIs, including agreed approval steps.

Guardrails, permissions & audit

Configure Guardrails and IAM, with CloudTrail and logging requirements defined for the environment.

Private network connectivity

Plan VPC and PrivateLink connectivity around the chosen region, endpoints and existing network.

Usage & cost monitoring

Align model usage and AWS billing records, with budgets, monitoring and optimization scope.

Confirm these before delivery.

A proposal connects the service scope with your account and commercial requirements.

Models, region & account

Identify required model versions, target regions, account ownership and access conditions.

Data, integration & validation

Confirm documents, system interfaces, permissions and the sample or acceptance criteria.

Costs, delivery & support

Confirm AWS charging units, implementation work, handover materials and operating responsibilities.

Make the pilot produce reviewable evidence.

Start with the customer AWS account, data requirements and business samples. Check model access and processing paths before agreeing implementation scope.

Pilot inputs

Define the task, quality criteria, allowed data, budget, latency and concurrency. Review IAM, model access, regions and inference configuration. Cross-region routing needs an explicit check.

Pilot outputs

Record model and inference identifiers, samples, results and limitations. Document usage measurement, access and networking, and unresolved production requirements. Pilot results are not a production capacity or fixed-cost commitment.

Select knowledge, agent and operations services for the use case.

Verify service suitability and account access before planning security, monitoring, costs and handover.

Knowledge and agents

Knowledge bases need retrieval evaluation, citation checks and document permissions. New customers should assess available services such as AgentCore; Agents Classic is no longer open to new customers, so older creation tutorials may not apply.

Production preparation

Check logging scope and retention, rate limits and retries, cost alerts, change approval and recovery. Verify Guardrails, streaming and tool support separately for each model and API.
